HWE SUSPENDED TRASH RAKE CLEANING MACHINE

Efficient Removal of Floating Debris from Intake Channels

Suspended Trash Rake is a mechanically operated debris removal system designed for cleaning coarse screens installed in water intake structures, pumping stations, irrigation canals, raw water pumping stations, and wastewater treatment plants. The equipment effectively removes floating and accumulated debris such as leaves, plastics, wood pieces, rags, weeds, and other solids from the screen surface, ensuring uninterrupted flow and protecting downstream equipment.

Working Principle

The Suspended Trash Rake travels along the screen face and automatically engages with the accumulated debris. The rake teeth penetrate through the screen openings and lift the collected screenings above the water level. The debris is then discharged into a collection hopper, conveyor, or container for disposal. The system can be operated manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically depending on project requirements.
